Job Description

Deliver programming and other member services that meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Coordinate the use of facilities for program activities and events. Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities. Implement and ensure a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Complete documentation where required. Keep the guest experience at the forefront of every duty completed. Oversee the general appearance of all store and crafts locations. Perform any and all secretarial duties deemed necessary. Complete all items on daily checklists set by the Retail supervisory team. Complete guest sign-ups with 100% accuracy, both in person and over the phone. Balance the shift activity and enter daily shift information while balancing the cash drawer. Assist with store inventory. Perform all other duties as assigned.
