Location Tallapoosa, GA Job Purpose Manage and improve production line productivity and quality to achieve manufacturing characteristic (SEQDCM) improvements. Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate daily quality support to troubleshoot concerns, achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets. Perform root cause analysis for quality issues, documenting and reporting results for continuous improvement. Support line-side trial runs during new model launches to ensure quality and delivery targets are met. Lead collaborative meetings with Quality Staff to address concerns from customers and suppliers. Communicate monthly KPI results showing continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with production, new model, and engineering teams to ensure balanced processing. Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers. Develop, manage, and execute Business Plan activities timely. Develop skills and competencies of Quality Staff to enhance departmental quality standards. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related experience. 2-8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SolidWorks. Skills in presenting, written communication, and organization. Workstyle 15% Office, 85% Production Floor; travel involved including overseas trips and occasional overtime, weekends, and shutdown work.
