Part Time Meter Specialist

Perry ProTech Part Time Meter Specialist in Lima, Ohio *Position:* Part-Time Meter Specialist Location: Lima, OH *Job Id:* 801 *# of Openings:* 1 Summary: As a part-time Meter Specialist, this person is responsible for performing meter read entries and audits, as well as meter collections onsite and over the phone. This individual will also greet customers, intake packages, and perform supply orders. Essential Functions:

Call customers for meter reading collections and perform meter reading entries Run audit process for correct meter reads, contacts, and contract information Process incoming mail and add incoming checks daily, before giving to the Accounts Receivable department Add and update customer records in E-Automate Greet internal and external customers upon entry to branch location Accept packages and submit slips for parts received Perform monthly supply orders to maintain branch inventory Utilize excel spreadsheets as necessary for the above processes Resolve inquiries from customers and sales personnel about meter collections

Qualifications:
