We are looking for a dedicated Lead Senior Project Manager to join our talented team at our office located in Somerset, New Jersey . In this role, you will provide leadership on assigned projects and act to achieve financial, safety, and client relationship objectives. Position Responsibilities Lead a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers while actively contributing to project execution, ensuring both leadership and hands-on involvement in key initiatives. Maintain a strong presence on-site, addressing issues as they arise and facilitating problem-solving among teams. Manage delivery of individual projects and hold primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Identify risks to project and corporation and work with Project Directors and Director of Operations to mitigate risks. Develop and maintain written preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans, obtain review and approval from the Project Executive and/or Director of Operations, and communicate to the project team. Coordinate with Accounting to invoice clients and manage Accounts Receivable to meet corporate goals. Work with the financial group to manage project financial issues. Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget. Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders, including change control documentation and related financial documentation. Support project/client development process with presentations and related marketing activities.
