Customer Success Manager - Valmar Merchant Services (In-Person) Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Outstanding written, verbal and customer-facing communication skills Proven track record working directly with customers to deliver meaningful business results, including answering support and service questions, troubleshooting, following up on cases, asking for feedback, and keeping track of all necessary documentation Excels in a team environment, displaying the energy and ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and achieve company-wide initiatives Responsibilities Be the point person for merchant customers and advocate for their needs and requests Onboarding new customers to ensure they are properly trained, educated and up to speed on the various service offerings and related processes Support merchants’ growth and retention as a customer, ensuring that they get the most value out of the Valmar solutions Support merchants’ development and execution of their e-commerce and omnichannel strategies Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, including opportunities for product enhancement and new feature implementation Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry trends and developments Exhibit proficient ability to work within a Customer Relationship Management system, including submitting cases and following them through to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner Collaborate with leadership and complementary teams across the business to help customers execute their business plans, meet objectives, and improve KPI’s Monitor and support Valmar sales and marketing activities, campaigns, technical integrations, and reporting processes Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities 401k with guaranteed employer contribution Discretionary profit sharing Excellent health insurance with generous employer contribution Voluntary dental insurance Paid time off Flexible work schedule Free onsite parking Accessibility to work remotely (when necessary) Job specific learning opportunities throughout the year Supportive work environment with mentors that guide you Opportunity to grow and advance in a rapidly expanding fintech company Valmar Holdings is a dynamic, fast-growing ecosystem of Financial Technology companies providing leading-edge services and applications located in Williamsville, New York.
