Collaborating with other departments (dining, general services, housekeeping, programming, social worker, etc.) in a professional manner to deliver safe, quality, and person-centered care. Collaborating with Clinical Manager and Staff Education & Training Coordinator in planning and evaluating staff education needs. Leading shift meetings to review new policies, processes, or standards. What you will need Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in continuing care or assisted living facility. CPR certification required. Experienced documenting in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
