Accounts Receivable Agent
Job Description
Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size. Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel. Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed. Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed. Some research and reconciliation may be needed. Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers. Promptly respond to all inquiries. Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors. Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs. Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions. Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences are expected. Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience. Above-average written and oral communications skills. Microsoft Office Suite Experience. Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus: Hospitality, Accounting or Commercial Oil & Gas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
