Job Description Wits Solutions is looking for an Administrator and Recruiting Coordinator. The Administrator and Recruiting Coordinator should have not only the skills needed to accomplish the tasks, but the drive, desire, and passion to work in a fast-paced environment that’s focused on profitable growth. Roles And Responsibilities Provide support to hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Process oriented and proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision focus on every detail of the recruitment process. Assist with any activities and initiatives as needed and determined by the Management (e.g., resume review, recruiting analyses, pre-screens, assisting in sales, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with candidates and executive-level hiring teams. Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple efforts. Able to be available for support after regular hours as needed.
