1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Director of Operations at Konnect Resources Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Travel: None Salary Range: $70k-$95k Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR transactional operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal labor laws across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, enhancing HR processes, and driving a positive company culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage daily HR functions, ensuring efficiency in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding). Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Oversee HR transactional tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to scheduling protocols. Lead daily stand-ups and HR department update meetings to align goals and progress. Follow up on all HR tasks, ensuring completion within established timeframes. Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the HR Manager on audits, compliance reviews, and filings .
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment , ensuring alignment with company culture and workforce needs. Vet and oversee recruitment vendors to maintain quality hiring processes.
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing mediation and resolutions. Conduct employee relations investigations and escalate issues when necessary. Implement and enforce HR policies and decisions in alignment with company values and legal standards.
Performance Management
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs. Partner with managers to address performance concerns and drive productivity . Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies. Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws at all levels. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations across all 50 states. Conduct labor relations investigations as needed.
Training & Development
Lead and support mentoring and professional development programs for the HR team. Identify training needs and implement company-wide development initiatives. Oversee semi-monthly payroll processing , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
HR Metrics & Reporting
Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover rates and hiring costs. Prepare reports and insights for senior management.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other HR duties as needed to support department and company objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role . Strong knowledge of federal, state, and municipal labor laws across the U.S. Proven expertise in payroll processing, audits, benefits, employee relations, and HR data management . HR certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR). Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment . High integrity, professionalism, and discretion . Comfort with continuous process improvement and change management . HRIS experience (ADP preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).
