Engineering Manager – Mechanical (Hybrid) Location: Plymouth, MI Salary: $100k-125k (based on experience) Schedule: Hybrid | Full-time, 40 hours/week (start no later than 9 AM, end no earlier than 3 PM) Our client , a well-established firm specializing in building mechanical systems, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead and develop project teams across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems for various market sectors including retail, commercial, and healthcare. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about technical excellence, team mentorship, and continuous improvement.
