This opportunity provides the chance to handle complex IP litigation matters while working with top clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering and 4 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation. This position is available in multiple office locations, offering flexibility in office choice. Duties:
Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including discovery, pre-trial preparation, depositions, and trial support. Draft and review legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and pleadings. Conduct legal research to develop litigation strategies and support case preparation. Collaborate with other team members and practice groups within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Advise clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. Maintain and build client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation. Preferred technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering. Strong academic credentials. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlines efficiently. Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
No specific certifications required, although a technical background is preferred.
Skills:
