Job Description
National Account Manager We are seeking a reliable and experienced Account Manager to work in our Security Services division. The person in this position will maintain the responsibilities for operations at all sites under a key client, with either a national or global scope. The position requires a dynamic self-starter who can work well both with clients and internally. Essential Functions: Partner with executives and other business units within the assigned client organization and within the company proactively communicating and ensuring compliance with all reporting and operational requirements. Develop and maintain business opportunities for the client using hybrid security concepts or other technology. Facilitate and manage the key operational procedures assigned to the account and client needs. Manage all operational procedures to maintain contract compliance across all client locations. Take a proactive role in communicating with the client, providing technical expertise and solutions. Ensure compliance with all reporting and contract requirements. Consult regularly with field managers to ascertain needs and communicate client expectations. Maintain individual metrics for client to deliver better forecasting of planned outcomes. Seek out and attend mandatory meetings with the client and with the company stakeholders. Assist with training, orientation, and onboarding on an as-needed basis. Ensure all business efforts align with state and federal requirements. Ensure all receivables are collected within client contract terms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University; MBA is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of previous security industry experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in key account management. 3+ years of physical data center security experience. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Remain alert and aware of business timelines. Demonstrate ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent business needs. Proven experience in establishing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency with programs like Microsoft Office. Effective P&L management skills to identify areas to increase profitability. Report To: Senior Vice President of National Accounts or designee.
