Job Title: Lean Process Manager KI, a global supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a Lean Process Manager to join our Bonduel manufacturing facility on 1st Shift. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily activities of technicians, balancing labor and schedules for respective cells, while maintaining high quality standards and implementing cost-saving ideas. Review cell flow and production for optimal efficiencies. Manage processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. Communicate with other managers to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. Maintain open channels of communication with production technicians. Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances while remaining compliant with relevant laws. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business (preferred). Two years of supervisory experience. Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred). Value-Added Skills Ability to work flexible hours, including extra hours and weekends. Excellent communication skills. Analytical skills, risk-taking, and decision-making abilities. Constructive feedback and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
