Supports the administration of recruiting of front-line worker, non-exempt hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates. Develops relationships with team members and hiring managers. Responsibilities: Supports employee recruitment and selection activities Collaborates with business managers to define candidate profiles Identifies candidates through multiple sources Organizes and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checks Maintains contact with external search companies Prepares reports on candidates Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment practices Assists in the negotiation of new hire salary packages Contributes to projects
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Experience recruiting non-exempt high-volume jobs Possesses working knowledge of human resources concepts and employment laws and other applicable federal, state and local regulations including OFCCP Experience handling large req loads and evergreen (pipeline) requisitions Proficient in sourcing and maintaining talent pools for high volume, non-exempt workers Proficient in Excel, tracking candidate statuses & reporting back to hiring managers Experience with computer programs including MS Office, ATS systems, including CIMS, Workday, etc. Experience with CRM systems Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal Collaborate with all areas of HR and stakeholders across various business units Recruiting campaign and outreach experience Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Salary: USD 67000.00 - USD 100600.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
