STAFF QA ENGINEER
Job Description
You have led testing efforts for multiple medium to large scale projects on web or mobile platforms. You have planned test schedules and driven execution activities with the help of junior testers and outside vendors, consistently delivering products on time and with high quality. You believe in providing clear visibility on your plans, communicating issues/risks and progress to the team and leadership to resolve quality issues on time and keep the project schedule on track. You like to go beyond test execution and participate in improving test processes, proposing new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and the quality of the product. You keep up with changes in the field of mobile technology and resolve testing challenges by applying them in day-to-day activities. You enjoy participating in building and improving test automation tools utilized by the engineering team. You enjoy working in small teams, solving problems together. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of testing experience in large-scale web-based and/or e-commerce applications. 3+ years of experience leading test activities on mobile platforms. Secure experience leading test activities in scrum or agile methodologies. Expertise in testing mobile applications on iOS, Android, and mobile web platforms. Experience with environment configurations, defect tracking, build or release management, and debugging tools. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing mobile or web-based applications implemented using service-oriented architecture is a plus. Experience automating tests on web or mobile platforms using open source software – Selenium, WebDriver, Robotium, MonkeyTalk, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
