This firm is recognized for handling a broad range of employment law matters, including labor relations, wage and hour issues, discrimination, and employee benefits. Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex employment law matters across various industries Advise clients on labor relations, discrimination, wage and hour laws, and other employment-related issues Draft and review employment-related documents, policies, and agreements Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school 4-6 years of experience in employment law Strong knowledge of employment law and a passion for this practice area Ability to manage client relationships and handle high-stakes matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills
