Medical Center is looking for multiple Locums CRNA to fill their need!
Schedule:
Dates of coverage: Starting ASAP, ideally at least 6-month contracts, will consider as short as 3-month contracts with option to extend.
Schedule:
36-40 hours/week. 10- or 12-hour shifts; while & are most common, there are options to work as the schedule allows.
Lunch is generally considered unpaid; hence the 30-minute add on times for schedules. All of our staff, including locums, are typically out on time if not a little early. Typical breaks (15-minute morning/afternoon) are standard.

CRNA be Supervised or Work Independently: We utilize a medical direction billing model with a collaborative practice model alongside an excellent group of physician anesthesiologist.

Level 1 Trauma Center
Annual ER Volume: >60,000 visits/year

Patient Age Demographic: Maine Medical Center cares for the whole lifespan of patients; however, we have a dedicated pediatric CRNA specialty team who cover all of our pedi cases.
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days

General Surgical Cases ADULT
Spinal Anesthesia
Neurosurgical Cases
Ventilation Management
Local Infiltration
CRNAs will NOT do open hearts, regional anesthesia, central lines. We have dedicated CRNA teams that cover pediatric, thoracic and OB cases, so locums will generally not do those cases.
Certification:-
Board Certification - REQUIRED
ME State License - highly preferred

BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED (PALS is optional)
>1 year of level 1 trauma center experience as a CRNA - REQUIRED (will not accept new grads)
