Record all session notes in the Provider Portal and finalize monthly notes on or before given deadlines (all billing and date to be finalized PRIOR TO/BEFORE deadlines set forth. Maintain an open line and chain of communication via phone call, text and email with all teams and client’s team (Guardians, schools, daycare (in form of Coordination of Care). Adherence to carrier-based templates and guidelines (ratios, code usage, limitations and data). Adherence to deadlines and due dates to allow for continuation of care (avoidance of gaps in authorization). Review your patients’ behavior data and note any discrepancies (e.g., lack of documentation, inappropriate restrictions, or lack of proper consequences) and situations in which the current behavior program or treatment approach were not followed appropriately. Check each report to ensure that the time, date, signatures, are correct). If the intervention has not produced substantial progress toward the intended goal within 90 days (about 3 months), analyze the potential barriers to implementation and/or change the treatment plan if necessary. United Producers is a market-leading provider of livestock marketing, credit and risk management solutions. We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst for our Columbus, Ohio office. A minimum two (2) years' experience with direct Ag lending and/or underwriting, credit administration, loan documentation, or commercial lending required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include, but not limited to MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior experience in the livestock industry preferred.

High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in agriculture business, Agriculture Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers. Evaluate new and existing agricultural loan requests to ascertain credit worthiness, identify and mitigate weaknesses, underwrite, and recommend approval on loan requests within credit policy standards. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with credit team and provide support. Serve as a resource to ensure quality control over all aspects of credit underwriting process. Complete work in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrate expertise in ag lending. Stay informed on industry trends related to livestock and crop farming. This includes price trends in grain and livestock, production costs, and feed margins.
