About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Annual Giving to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the annual giving program. This includes developing and executing strategies to secure financial support from alumni, parents, and friends of the institution. The Executive Director will oversee a range of activities, such as direct mail campaigns, online giving, phonathons, and personal solicitations. They will also work closely with other advancement staff to integrate annual giving efforts with major and planned giving programs.Applicants for the Executive Director of Annual Giving position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising, with a focus on annual giving. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strategic approach to donor engagement. A deep understanding of the principles of annual giving, as well as experience in data analysis and the use of fundraising software, is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, ideally in a related field.
