About the Role
The Company is seeking an RVP Enterprise Sales to lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and nurturing a high-performing sales team, consistently meeting revenue goals, and supporting the team in strategic sales cycles. This role requires a leader who can champion operating principles, foster a collaborative and inclusive sales environment, and have a direct impact on the growth of the strategic team. The RVP will also be expected to partner with sales leadership to define a successful sales process, understand and address the team's challenges, and regularly report on results.Applicants for the RVP Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing software sales teams, with a preference for those with a SaaS background. A proven track record of quota achievement and experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing sales teams is essential. The role demands excellent communication skills, high business acumen, and a deep understanding of the needs of revenue leaders. Experience in selling to C and VP-level sales leadership is also a key qualification. The ideal candidate will be adept at pipeline management, forecasting, and identifying areas for process and productivity improvement.
