About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to take on a strategic leadership role in managing all aspects of investor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust investor relations program and strategy in partnership with senior executives. This includes continuously assessing investor perception, coordinating a schedule of investor events, and evolving the company's policy on forward-looking statements. The role also involves developing key investment messages, building strong partnerships with senior executives, and advising on financial communications to the investment community.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in both buy-side and sell-side roles. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to build trust and credibility with investors, analysts, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of financial and capital markets, be well-versed in sophisticated financial modeling, and possess expert knowledge of SEC regulations and investor relations practices. Superior communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and make complex decisions. The role also demands a deep understanding of business, particularly in the context of capital markets, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines to mitigate financial risk.
