About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Consolidation to lead the financial planning, consolidation, and analysis processes on a global scale. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis across the organization's diverse markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for global financial consolidation, financial planning and forecasting, driving deep financial analysis, and serving as a strategic business partner to senior executives. Process improvement, standardization, and team leadership are also key aspects of the position.Applicants for the Executive Director of Consolidation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on global financial consolidation and analysis within a large, complex organization, is required. Expertise in financial systems and tools, particularly OneStream and SAP, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors, and must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. The role demands a leader who can manage and develop teams across multiple geographies and who is adept at engaging with C-level executives.
