About the Role
The Company is seeking an RVP Sales for the East region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving revenue growth by selling enterprise SaaS application solutions. This role involves exceeding sales targets, positioning business value, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with key executives. The RVP will also be responsible for hiring, scaling, coaching, and developing the sales team, as well as engaging in C-suite client discussions and managing the ongoing relationship. A strategic and analytical thinker with strong leadership and customer relationship skills is essential, as is the ability to work with cross-functional team members and understand market trends.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-growth enterprise software sales environment, with at least 5 years in a management role. Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, particularly to finance team buyers, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas and scaling teams are required. The role demands excellent C-level communication skills, experience in teaching and coaching sales methodologies, and a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have a mix of large company and high-growth early-stage company experience, be adept at territory management and planning, and be willing to travel as needed.
