About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a pivotal role in supporting the organization in achieving its strategic and financial objectives. The successful candidate will lead the FP&A function, overseeing all planning processes, including annual, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, as well as multi-year plans. This strategic position requires the development of positive relationships across the organization, from leaders in various geographies to functional groups, and demands excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The VP will be responsible for capital allocation criteria, partnering with business leaders to drive effective investment decisions, and will be instrumental in maintaining the company's strategic plans, investments, and business results.Applicants for the VP of FP&A role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial analysis experience. The role requires a candidate who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial modeling, as well as manual and automated accounting systems, is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a participative management style that fosters collaboration at all levels. Responsibilities also include leading the full company planning cycles, overseeing financial materials for the Board of Directors, and driving the sophistication, speed, and accuracy of forecasting processes.
