About the Role
The Company is seeking Executive Nursing Excellence Consultants to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with clients to enhance the work environments for nurses and nurse leaders, fostering a culture of trust in leadership, and ultimately enabling nursing teams to achieve clinical excellence. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to advance the nursing profession and improve patient care and outcomes. The Consultants will be expected to use evidence-based, innovative practices, and empower nursing teams to drive continuous improvement and shared governance. A key aspect of the position is the ability to present strategic business proposals, conduct data analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, with at least one in nursing, and an active RN license. A minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, particularly in the implementation of nursing excellence structures and processes, is required. Expertise in nursing excellence, shared governance, and relevant recognition programs is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving high levels of nursing quality, patient, and RN satisfaction. Previous consulting experience is preferred, and the role demands a high level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the core values of the company, which include being kind, empathetic, and passionate about the nursing profession.
