Responsibilities:

As an Auto Body Painter you will:

Complete prep / paint procedures

Communicate with body shop manager and parts department through all collision repairs.

Ability to work with a variety of materials, along with paint process, ability to work with steel, aluminum and plastic.

Maintain communication with entire collision center/dealership associates throughout the day.

Execute repair procedures and protocols in a timely manner based on estimates timeframe.

Perform any other work-related duties assigned by his/her supervisor.

Flexibility with days and hours in times of high volume.

Qualifications:

Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:

4-6 years minimum of auto body painter experience required.

Paint Certification, I-Car and Manufacturer a plus.

Able to make independent decisions on repair process, parts and timing.

Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, etc. required to perform the job in a safe and proper manner.

Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others.

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
