We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team to improve our patients dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Wilmette, IL. Schedule:
Monday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am - 2:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday Off
Saturday: 7:30am - 2:00pm (only 2x/month)
Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
Manage patient documents and records.
Process and complete claim forms.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience working in a Dental Front Office Coordinator role
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!
Knowledgeable of dental insurance benefits
Excellent customer service skills
