Overview: Resets Remodel Senior Lead Join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in retail construction We're seeking full time Senior Lead to lead a dedicated 3-person team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while working Monday to Friday overnight shifts, 9PM - 6AM. As the onsite senior supervisor of our team, you'll travel to various home improvement retail chains, installing heavy steel racking, pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and remodels. Successful candidates are self-starters, thrive in fast-paced environments, and uphold high standards of workmanship, ensuring each remodel exceeds expectations. The Senior Lead role is a prerequisite to the District Operations Manager position. Qualifications: Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnights 9PM - 6AM Ability to read & follow Blue Prints Retail Operations Experience Computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite Big Box home improvement reporting programs Comfortable working at heights (20 feet) and climbing ladders Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. Job Description

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop. Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more. Primary Purpose: Assist Property Manager in developing and overseeing all property management functions for approximately 200 properties. Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Property Managers to develop the scope, schedule and cost of any site and building cap ex requirements and submit capital requests for electronic signature.

Schedule and attend, as needed, site visits and inspections with the in-house Property Manager and the third-party manager and provide written reports on the inspections.

Work with the property managers and leasing team to review the critical date list and schedule inspections for all tenants that are in the last six (6) months of their lease term to identify any deficiencies, which are the tenant's responsibility and have them addressed before the end of the tenant's term. Review weekly wire requests to fund the respective management companies proposed expenses and work with our in-house energy team, specifically paying close attention to utility costs to identify spikes in consumption and investigate. Work with the maintenance tracking program, Service Channel entering and closing out property management tickets.

Work with property managers to make sure they are performing the inspections accurately and closing out issues as necessary in a timely manner. Become acquainted with electronic inspection program. Review monthly financial reporting to identify noteworthy variances. Work with the Property Manager to review and approve work authorization requests.

Review and prepare license agreements.

Provide directions to on-island supervisors for associate housing issues. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

6 years' experience in related field Experience in dealing with property management trades such as landscaping, paving, roofing etc.

Experience in dealing with tenant issues. Experience in dealing with leases and interpreting maintenance clauses.
