What you need to know
Long-term contract: 13 weeks up to 1 year, with extension opportunities
Health Insurance and Benefit Options available, including PTO
12-hour day shifts
Flexible schedules: 36/48 hour alternating weeks or 7-on/7-off
Active RN license from any U.S. state accepted (no New Mexico license required)
Adults and Pediatric experience required
2 years of experience as an Acute Care RN
ER experience required
Supportive work environment with a culturally rich and meaningful mission

Your Role
As a Travel ER RN at CrownPoint, you'll be a vital part of the emergency response team, delivering high-quality, fast-paced care to patients from diverse backgrounds. You will triage, stabilize, and treat patients with acute conditions in a community-based ER serving the local population surrounding Navajo Nation. Responsibilities Include
Deliver rapid assessment and treatment of patients in emergency situations
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care
Administer medications, manage IVs, and maintain accurate patient records
Respond to trauma and critical incidents with skill and confidence
Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge instructions
Support compliance with regulatory and hospital protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

RN Requirements
Minimum of two years of ER experience in an acute care setting
Graduate of a NLN-accredited nursing program
Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program
Active BLS and ACLS required
Active and unrestricted RN licensure in any U.S. state/territory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Previous IHS experience preferred; travel experience preferred
Flexibility to work varying shifts
Must be a US citizen and willing to pass a federal background check
