Job Description
Kickstart your career as a Mechanical Engineer - Field / Reliability (Hybrid) , supporting industrial customers to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll support equipment reliability initiatives with a strong focus on lubrication best practices, maintenance optimization, and industrial performance. You’ll work hands‑on with customer teams, gain exposure to real-world industrial operations, and develop practical solutions that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Support equipment reliability and maintenance initiatives
Perform hands‑on work (lubrication, oil sampling, inspections)
Assist with audits and identify improvement opportunities
Analyze data and help track performance metrics (MTBR, etc.)
Work with experienced engineers and learn industry best practices
Provide support and training to customer teams
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.)
0-2 years of experience (internships/co‑ops welcome)
Interest in hands‑on, field‑based work
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel and work on‑site 2‑4 days/week (hybrid)
Nice to Have
Exposure to maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing
Familiarity with tools like SAP or CMMS systems
