POSITION DETAILSReports to: JMLT Stewardship DirectorStatus: Full-Time ExemptStart Date: August 1, 2025Compensation: $70-80,000 annually with benefitsJob Type 24-Month limited term with potential to extendWork Week: Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekendsBACKGROUNDJohn Muir Land Trust, in partnership with the East Bay Stewardship Network (EBSN), is seeking a skilled professional to help coordinate and manage EBSN’s partnership structure, functions, planning, and communications.EBSN is an emerging collaboration of 15 public and non-governmental organizations responsible for land stewardship in the East Bay. EBSN’s purpose is to improve the ecological health of East Bay lands, adapt to climate change stressors, build broad public and political support for landscape stewardship, align regulatory requirements and management strategies across stewardship projects, increase efficiencies, and amplify its collective ability to fundraise for stewardship activities.EBSN is seeking a motivated and highly independent individual who is detail oriented, thorough, and organized to serve as its Network Coordinator. The role of Network Coordinator is to assist ESBN in achieving its shared goals and purpose. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative individual who excels in partnership environments and is dedicated to helping realize greater ecological health through authentic collaboration.
