Job Description
The Human Resources Representative will support the HR department by providing exemplary service.
Responsibilities
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team member. Answers general questions about human resources in order to provide quick solutions to general questions.
Transfers callers to a team member’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
Provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Process employment-related paperwork, including data input into the company’s HR systems.
Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion, obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies.
Maintain an accurate and complete filing system.
Retrieve and distribute mail in a timely fashion.
Create, print and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred with experience in customer service and high-volume call routing.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and in the operation of standard office equipment and software.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
