Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a well-established Rural Health Clinic in Quartzsite, Arizona. This clinic serves a close-knit community and experiences increased patient volume during the winter months due to seasonal residents (“snowbirds”).
You will work alongside an existing Nurse Practitioner and Physician, providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance Schedule Options:
4 ten-hour shifts or
5 eight-hour shifts (provider’s choice)
No call
Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Document patient care accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and clinical staff
Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Primary care or rural health experience preferred
