Job Description
Frontier Environmental Services is hiring a dependable Mechanic / Lube Technician to perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on our construction equipment and fleet vehicles. This is a field-based role for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and reliably. Work performed in tri‑state area of PA/OH/WV

What You’ll Do
Travel to job sites to service company‑owned and rental equipment
Perform oil, lube & filter changes, PM inspections, and light repairs
Diagnose basic issues and communicate findings clearly
Maintain accurate service records and equipment reports
What You Need
1–3 years mechanic or PM experience (construction/heavy truck preferred)
Ability to meet all DOT requirements (drug/background checks)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working outdoors year‑round
Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check
Work Environment
Outdoor field work in all weather. Frequent lifting (50+ lbs.), bending, climbing, and hands‑on mechanical work.
