The CSR assists other team members in the successful delivery of the certification for manufactured housing. The CSR is responsible for supporting delivery processes on time by ensuring outstanding customer service and timely data and document collection, per the guidelines established for the Services department.This position works a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Punctuality is very important.This position is paid by the Hour. The maximum hourly rate is $17.50.
