Your Role and Impact:
As a Client CFO at CleverProfits, you'll drive financial excellence and strategic growth for our diverse client base. This role blends strategic leadership, client relationship management, and market innovation to deliver top-tier financial services.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Architect and implement comprehensive financial and revenue strategies integrating financial management, tax planning, and client success.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with C-level peers to ensure financial strategies support overall company objectives.
Financial Management:
Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for clients.
Recommend best practices in financial operations and cash flow management to clients.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic advice and insights through regular interactions and monthly calls.
Manage projects and client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial services.
Build relationships with other professionals and organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
Market Innovation:
Stay ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and market presence.
Optimize pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, financial data, and other relevant KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to align efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
CPA, CMA, or EA certification
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience managing multiple clients with diverse priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets or Excel
Preferred Experience
Working on/with small to mid-sized team(s)
Familiarity with sales/marketing technologies, CRM systems, and other relevant tools/software
