Overnight Registered Nurse (RN)
Care Initiatives is hiring the Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for a 10 PM – 6 AM overnight shift at Lamoni Specialty Care, a 43‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community in Lamoni, IA.
Schedule: 10 PM – 6 AM overnight shift. 8‑hour shift preferred; 12‑hour shift option available.
Full‑time preferred; part‑time as needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care for residents throughout their healthcare journey.
Adhere to federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document patient care accurately, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in good standing, licensed in Iowa or ability to activate.
Current, valid CPR certification.
Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion toward residents and families.
Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
