Job Description

Qualifications
Requirements:
Staff must have maintained Level 2 for at least two years when applying.
Meets expectations or higher on the most recent annual review
Not on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the 6 months prior to application
Training/Mentoring New Employees
Completed training with the manager on onboarding new staff.
The manager has signed off that staff can oversee the completion of the onboarding checklist for new staff members.
Achieve and maintain at least one of the criteria listed below:
BLS Instructor
Criteria Cap: 2 total
Evidence: BLS Instructor Certification & teaches two classes annually
Athena Content Expert
Criteria Cap: 2 Nurses per location. 2 NCCs Total
Evidence: Completion of Advanced Curriculum within Athena’s learning portal.
Project Lead
Criteria Cap: 1 per program
Evidence:
Takes staff lead on an initiative or grant
Responsible for maintaining tracking tools, acts as a resource for questions, and assists with reporting.
Must act in this role for at least one initiative or grant per year. Programs may extend across multiple years.
