Responsibilities
Prep and execute all menu items, including seasonal and specials, for dine-in and to-go orders following LPQ ticket standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restaurant areas by following checklists, assisting with dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and detailed cleaning as necessary.
Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper food par levels and use prep sheets to prepare correct quantities.
Conduct line checks to ensure quality control.
Use appropriate tools, equipment, and ingredients for each menu item.
Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and the Kitchen Manager.
Complete Le Pain Quotidien cleaning and food safety checklists to ensure proper food handling.
Qualifications
1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
Previous knife-handling experience is a plus.
Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas is preferred.
Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
