Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Part time On Campus Housing Custodial Assistant. Needs a positive attitude with a great work ethic. A desire to serve the students at Snow College in a fundamental part of the college experience, on campus housing. Character traits include proactive, team leader, one who takes initiative. Works well with others, teaching, guiding and training. Conscientious to detail desiring a job well done. This position requires medium work at a fast pace involving vacuuming, carpet cleaning, mopping, deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces. Safety protection is provided and required. Performs routine manual labor associated with daily cleanup of the Suites at Academy Square and other On Campus Resident Buildings.
