Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in Savoy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 507 Commerce Drive. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they interact with our brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions
- Take customer orders accurately via phone and in-person
- Prepare and make pizzas according to Domino's quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in various store operations, including cleaning and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications include:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in taking orders and handling phone calls
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Willingness to learn pizza-making skills and Domino's specific procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
