divh2Deputy Program Manager/h2pTyto Athene is searching for a Deputy Program Manager to support a law enforcement customer in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, technical, and staffing performance and activities on major, complex contracts to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to the client; contracts may include task areas that require 24x7x365 support./ppOther responsibilities include managing subcontractors to ensure their strict adherence to MPG and client standards of quality and performance; providing a one team view to the client; formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning staff work schedules, and reviewing and resolving work discrepancies; ensuring timely, complete, high-quality contract deliverables; ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded 100% of the time; selecting and providing metrics and dashboards to make program status and performance visible to the client and other stakeholders; interfacing with clients senior management personnel, including briefings up to CIO/CISO level; optimizing processes to maximize efficiencies within the team and program, including process automation and functional integration across task areas and teams; being a positive change agent, both within and outside the organization; propagating our corporate culture throughout the program; leading risk management activities, including identification and recommended mitigations; tracking and managing risks and issues through closure; building, growing, and developing high-performing teams aligned with the customers mission and strategy; managing program personnel to include interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and training and development; guiding and mentoring lower-level managers, team leads, and staff; and occasional travel to various program sites to ensure sound program execution may be necessary./ppMust have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and flexibly adapt to changing conditions. Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision./ppQualifications Required: Minimum of five (5) years of direct project and program management experience supporting information systems or computer network services; Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; one of the following professional certifications required: CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISSP-ISSMP - Information Systems Security Management Professional, CISM - Certified Information Security Manager, PMP - Project Management Professional; strong ability to support and drive technical program execution and solution delivery in a federal/cybersecurity environment; excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-relationship skills./ppDesired: Masters Degree, Agile experience and certifications are a plus, other relevant IT certifications are a plus./ppClearance: TS/SCI Clearance required./ppLocation: Ashburn, VA./ppAbout Tyto Athene Compensation: Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
