You are responsible for providing disciplined leadership and structural organization to rapidly implement critical, high-impact security solutions that directly protect the Nations digital borders while ensuring continuous, compliant contract delivery for 24x7x365 network, cyber, and cloud services./ppResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliServe as the key leader and program representative, engaging with senior customer officials on all aspects of program performance./liliSets the program strategy in partnership with the customer./liliManages, directs, and allocates resources to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality services and meet or exceed contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs)./liliDevelops and implements long-term IT roadmaps and strategy, and monitor alignment of tactical activities, crucial for evolving SOC capabilities./liliPerforms risk management, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating/escalating risks and issues./liliBe available to support the customer during ad hoc and after-hours emergencies in a fast-paced operations environment./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or cybersecurity./liliAt least one or a combination of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC)./liliTen (10+) years overall network engineering management and wide area network experience, with technical and management teams./liliSeven (7+) years of direct project and program management experience managing Government contracts in IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity programs of increasing complexity./liliThree (3+) years of experience as a Program Manager responsible for all aspects of contract vehicle and/or multiple task order performance./liliProven, successful delivery of enterprise level support on large (100+ personnel) enterprise IT, cybersecurity, NOC, SOC, or similar program(s)./liliDemonstrate successful experience in managing 24/7/356 SOC./liliDemonstrate capabilities to analyze highly complex cybersecurity and network issues, recommend plans of action, and manage Contractor teams supporting resolution of these issues./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience implementing and optimizing ITIL-based processes within a fast-paced SOC environment./liliExperience leading the integration and optimization of SIEM and SOAR platforms (i.e. Splunk Swimlane) to improve threat detection efficacy and reduce Mean Time to Respond (MTTR)./liliExperience leading the implementation, governance, and reporting of case/ticketing systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) to ensure compliance, provide executive reporting, and measure performance./li/ulpClearance Requirements:/pulliMust have an active/current Top Secret SCI clearance./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time/liliMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel/liliConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer/liliThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
