Expert knowledge of one or more digital impression scanners is required. iTero, Trios, PrimeScan, Medit, Dexis./ppThe regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. The candidate should live in this geography./ppPrimary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:/pulliPresent and follow developed beginner and advanced training curriculum and protocols for intraoral scanners/IOS using a variety of learning mediums./liliProvide hands-on in office technical/clinical training of several IOS Digital Impression Systems to a variety of dental professional audiences./liliProvide remote, virtual technical/clinical training on IOS Digital Impression Systems./liliDefine workflow integration protocols for the dental professionals trained./liliTransfer training skills, proficiency and product knowledge to a variety of audiences through a defined Train the Trainer and certification process./liliAttend training for new digital technologies when requested to ensure skill level in using equipment is current/liliMaintain certifications of IOS system./liliInstallation of IOS device software./liliProvide ongoing clinical integration support of new NDX IOS customers to accelerate adoption and system usage./liliProvide ongoing feedback to the training specialist team on training delivery, design and materials for ongoing program development./liliProvide product demonstrations and group training sessions for dental professionals./liliTrain and generate product support with universities, groups and opinion leaders to generate increased users and system support./liliContribute dental expertise to the development of product use, performance and protocol./liliWork closely with NDX Laboratories supporting troubleshooting and optimal scan techniques./liliInterface with cross-functional business teams to collaborate on training process, protocols, and integration./liliParticipate in seminars, meetings, tradeshows and special events as requested./liliMake travel arrangements through company website./liliMaintain and record all business expenditures./liliDocument all training activity via reporting mechanism and Sales Force CRM system./li/ulpCritical Skills:/pulliStrong presentation and coaching skills./liliSelf-motivated with excellent time management skills./liliDesire to continuously learn new digital dentistry procedures./liliExceptional drive, create energy, and outstanding people skills./li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliMinimum of a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Certified Dental Assistant (RDA, CDA, EFDA), and/or Certified Dental Technician (CDT) from an accredited institution is preferred./liliMinimum Three (3) years of work experience in the dental industry is required./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree is preferred./liliPrevious experience in dental training is required./liliStrong team and customer orientation with successful experience in coaching, motivating, and training./liliMust be comfortable working with technology./liliHigh level of proficiency in office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as email./liliExperience with Remote learning by utilizing Zoom, Teams, TeamViewer is a plus./liliMust be able to speak knowledgably about dental products and clinical procedures./li/ulpLocation: Home Based, Continental US with close proximity to major airports./ppTravel: May include up to 60% domestic travel./p/div
