Job Title
C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems
- Perform repairs, replace gaskets and miscellaneous controls & parts
- Perform annual maintenance inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair burners, all manufacturers
- Install new low-emissions burners
- Retrofit boiler controls, including PLC, microprocessor, and instrumentation component/systems
- Commission, troubleshoot and adjust combustion on a variety of burners and boilers
- Document parts required for replacement & repair and provide detailed written documentation outlining services rendered
- Request materials needed to complete tasks within company guidelines and budgets
- Drive to multiple locations and transport materials to and from specific destinations (vehicle provided)
- Submit electronic paperwork daily
Job Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000-$150,000 DOE, to include overtime compensation

Requirements
- OSHA safety training requirements / 10 Panel drug screen
- 3+ years of boiler installation and maintenance experience
- The ability to LOTO, drain, fill, operate, troubleshoot, inspect, and test hot water and steam boilers preferred
- Electrical and mechanical experience is a must, preferably in an industrial environment
- Lubrication, pneumatics, piping/plumbing repair, HVAC fundamentals, belt replacement, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Proficient use of technology, computers, and software including Microsoft Office suite of products
- Valid Driver's License required. Must be insurable with no major infractions
- Job requires daily verbal, written, and electronic communication
- You must always demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Salary Description $75,000 - 150,000 DOE
