Burger King Shift Supervisor
Oversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience, while leading and motivating a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members on Burger King policies and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- Manage cash handling, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and reconciling daily sales.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Delegate tasks and manage workflow to optimize efficiency during busy periods.
- Perform administrative duties such as completing shift reports and monitoring labor costs.
- Assist with food preparation, order taking, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures among staff.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
