$29.79 - C Tech $31.92 - B Tech $37.23 - A Tech • Shift preference is 2 12 hour shift options o 645a-645p o 645p-645a
8 hour shifts available if needed for candidates who can't work 12-hour shifts. -1st- 6:45-2:45 -2nd- 2:45-10:45 -3rd- 10:45-6:45

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: . Perform routine & emergency maintenance on building & equipment to ensure continuous operation. B. Perform new installation of equipment & building construction. II. SAFETY PROCEDURES: . Read and understand SAFETY RULES & HOUSEKEEPING GUIDELINES and receive training in proper operating procedures B. Receive instructions in the following; 1. Lockout procedures - authorized 2. Hearing protection 3. Safety shoes 4. Moving machinery & start up notification 5. All stop buttons 6. All nip points 7. Conveyor safety 8. Lifting and pushing/pulling 9. Personal protective equipment 10. Fall hazards - working overhead 11. Hot work - welding/brazing 12. Maintenance shop safety 13. Electrical safety - qualified 14. Emergency response team 15. Vessel entry 16. Operation of fork/clamp truck
IV. DUTIES: . Know & follow proper lock out procedure B. Ability to perform the following P.M. 1. Grease & oil equip. 2. Hydraulic & pneumatic system 3. All systems on Fork/Clamp trucks 4, Monitor lubricants for effectiveness C. Operate & maintain the following equipment: 1. Boiler 2. Plant air system 3. Plane steam system 4. Plant fire system 5. Waste water treatment system D. Know how to set up & run mfg. Equipment including setting tolerances & replacing/paralleling rolls E. Mechanical - use drawings/prints to: repair, rebuild & troubleshoot 1. All plant equipment & systems 2. Gear trains 3. Bearing, seals & sprockets 4. Disconnects & valves 5. Hydraulic & pneumatic systems 6. Pumps 7. Couplings, speed reducers & worm gears 8. Best sheaves & pulleys F. Electrical - Able to do the following I. Know equip, affected/related to the isolation of a power source 2. Troubleshooting & repair electrical problems up to 480 volts 3 phase 3. New installation involving conduit: layout, sizing & bending 4. Use prints/schematics to identify & solve electrical problems 5. Use charts to select proper fuses & overload relay heaters
G. Welding - able to do the following I. Demonstrate & follow safe welding, brazing & cutting practices 2. Prepare joints for welding 3. Client out welding project 4. Weld vertically & horizontally V. EQUIPMENT OPERATED: . Computer input terminal B. Drill press, grinder, cut off saw & hydraulic press C. Power hand tools D. Bold Ohm Meter, strobe light & AMP clamp E. Micrometer, caliper & dial indicator F. Fork/clamp trucks G. Boiler H. Plant air system I. Plant steam system J. Plant fire system K. Waste water treatment system VI. COMMUNICATION; . Hand signals B. Verbally VII. EDUCATIONAL TRAINING: . Ability to read, write & do basic math B. Certified fork truck operator
