Director of Business Development
Job Description
Develop and implement strategies for cultivating leads, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the event, e-commerce platform, nonprofit, amusement/ recreation, festival, financial services, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners events, e-commerce platform, nonprofit, amusement/ recreation, festivals, financial services, and government sectors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals
Work closely with internal support teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets. Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
