Job Description Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Days Guaranteed Hours: Information not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN that scrubs Certifications: Required certifications include one of RCIS or RT or CVT or RN that scrubs Must-Have: Diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP/Impella skills Job Description: - Work in a hybrid Cath Lab setting, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. - Must scrub with a cardiologist proficiently. - Manage equipment such as GE and EMR systems like EPIC/Merge. - Handle a caseload varying from 5 to 15 cases per day. - Engage in procedures such as diagnostic angiograms, PCIs, STEMIs, and structural heart interventions. - Exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and a hard-working attitude on the job. - Participate in an on-call schedule of approximately 10 days, including at least one weekend per month. - Adhere to the dress code of navy scrubs provided by the facility. - Comply with all unit guidelines and policies.
