Internship - Human Resources Intern
Brentwood is a solutions provider for highly diverse worldwide industries including automotive, medical packaging, cooling systems, stormwater management, and water & wastewater treatment. At Brentwood, we engineer and manufacture both custom and proprietary products ranging from sterile medical packaging to highly sophisticated water media systems.
Our diverse capabilities and expertise in these industries have allowed us to experience continued growth both here in the United States and abroad for over 50 years. The HR Intern will assist in the documentation of a complete process for a Brentwood Mentorship program. The intern will be responsible for conducting research to learn best practices used in established mentorship programs. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience of both Human Resources and mentorship practices, as well as assist Brentwood in the creation of a successful mentorship program. This internship is located in Reading, PA.
Brentwood's Internship program gives students the opportunity to gain meaningful, real-world work experience aligned with their studies. Each summer we offer a variety of paid internships to college and university students in undergraduate programs.
Eligibility Requirements
Full-time student in a 4-year (BA, BS) Human Resources, Psychology, or related program. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
Be legally authorized to work within the U.S. Excellent written/verbal communication Excellent research skills
Program Requirements:
Attend first day orientation
Full-time availability between June 2nd- August 8th Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and policies Final Deliverable - Must prepare and present to management and leadership
